on my merry way to school

I'm on my long bus ride to the city. Listening to the wonderful hot spot music. I was wearing an ascot-sheer blouse with hand-me -down theory cardigan. oh and that cute head band with a rose.

the belated b-day grrl

although my birthday was almost half a month ago, I found one of my fav pics from that day by my beloved boyfriend. Not to shoot his photography skills down, but he does lack some... SO miraculously, when I saw this picture that he took, I fell in love with it. We were in this little place in the town of mill valley, ca. It was bout 103 degrees that day. So i wore i flowy strapless dress. Its a blueish green color. O but i love the drapery of it. and my head tilted looks kinda effortless. I kinda played it down with the accessories.

My Recent Finds...

Due to the amount of stress created by the incandescent finals (yes, its extremely hot in the bay area) I decided to treat myself. I was browsing on etsy for vintage finds: dresses mostly. I found a couple of sweethearts but this one in particular really caught my eye. Now, its on its merry way from frankfurt along with other treasures..

I just can't help but stare at the amazing Chung in her outfits. She looks effortlessly chic. I wish I could nail her style. She's the muse for the month. Very sympathetic and sweet, might I add: looks like a million bucks!

Oooh lala...Vintage Chanel

Lately I have been craving some vintage. But not just any vintage, a vintage Chanel purse. As I scroll through the lovely fashionista muses' blogs, I have noticed that almost all have a classic chanel purse. As I grow weary and weak, almost giving in to the temptation to purchasing one, I want to get my factors straight.
I was searching on ebay for a nice little authentic chanel purse. However, I'm not fully prepare to shell out 3 or 2 grand for a tiny little thing, not even hundreds of dollars. This is where reality sits in: a full-time student with a part-time job that pays minimum wage. However do any of y'all have any tips or feeling awfully generous??
